Work Package 1 – upcoming symposium and workshops

The Faculty of Horticulture, Biotechnology and Landscape Architecture, Warsaw Life Sciences University,  Poland as well as the authorities of  the EU FP7 project  REGPOT-2011-1 entitled ” WULS Plant Health – Warsaw Plant Health Initiative” carried out at the Faculty, are organizing the symposium entitled “Updated policy on plant protection research in response to new pathogens, pests and weeds emerging  the European Union area” on the 7-8th March 2013 in WULS.

The pre-symposium workshop entitled “Critical assessment of research priorities in relation to society expectations and the EC and national Plant Health regulations” is being held on March 6th, 2013, whereas the post- symposium workshop entitled “Exploring and protecting innovations through effective management of Intellectual Property” – on 9th March 2013.

These events are realized in the Workpackage 1 (WP1) under the direction of: Prof. Zbigniew T. Dąbrowski – Leader of the Project and Prof. Katarzyna Niemirowicz-Szczytt – Dean of the Faculty, Leader of Workpackage 1.
