The aim of the Symposium is to present current research concerning scientific and technological aspects of the production and postharvest practices of vegetable and medicinal plants, with special regard to quality in all production and postharvest chain.

Authors are invited to submit abstracts on the following topics:

  • Biologically active compounds in the plant
  • Crop production methods in open field and under protection
  • Integrated and ecologically friendly methods in crop protection against biotic and abiotic stresses
  • Postharvest technologies for vegetable and medicinal plants
  • Quality evaluation methods and their application in modern plant production
  • Other topics related to the theme of the Symposium
